SUNBELT ELECTRIC .. was established in August 1986. Our company is a recognized leader in the industry, serving the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas area. We are owned and operated by a licensed Master Electrician with over 40 years experience.

Gary Rosenstiel ... established Sunbelt Electric in 1986. Originally from Wichita, Ks., he relocated to Dallas in 1974, while employed with another major electrical contractor. Gary attended Wichita State University where he majored in business. While at the University, he maintained a 3.6 grade average, while working part time in the electrical industry. During his 17 year employement with one of the largest Electrical Service Companies in the area, he worked is way from an apprentice electrician, to journeyman electrician, project manager, and estimator. He studied for, and passed his Master Electrician Exam, and received his Master Electrical License in September 1985.
